When you ask for a quote we collect what you put in the form: your name, mobile number, ZIP code, street address if you give it, your description and your photos. When you book a job we also keep the job details, the time you picked and the payment status. Our website host keeps standard technical logs, like IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To price your job, book it and send the crew to the right place.
• To text you about your quote, booking, arrival and payment, if you agreed to texts.
• To ask how the job went after it's done.

Who we share it with

We share job details with the crew doing your job, and we use service providers to run the business, such as our website host, text message provider, scheduling and payment tools. They only get what they need to do that work.

We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Photos

Photos you send are used to price and do your job. We do not post them publicly.

How long we keep it

We keep job records as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.
